Missed Appointment Policy

Tea with Annie’s goal is to provide fabulous Tea Readings a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations prove difficult in providing optimal service. Please be aware of the Tea with Annie policy regarding postponed, missed or cancelled appointments.

Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of others, please call Annie as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another person access to that appointment time.

If you require a reschedule of your appointment and you contact Annie more than 48 hours before your appointment time, Annie will be able to suggest an alternative time for you to have tea. Please note, rescheduling of appointments may only occur once.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call Annie at 0433360316 between the hours of 9am-5pm AEST. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Refunds for change of mind are not permitted.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, the full fee is required for the appointment. All appointments purchased in advance via Paypal or direct transfer will not be refunded.

For new clients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of any future appointments in advance.
