Special Information

To purchase your ticket, click the link and follow the prompts for payment. Tickets must be pre-purchased and whilst transferable as gifts, are non refundable.

Wheelchair access: The Tea with Annie shop/party space is wheelchair accessible with a small ramp into the main shop, however there is no wheelchair accessible bathroom. Please consider this when booking tickets.

Bathroom access: The only available bathroom at the Tea with Annie premises is within the home attached and is up a flight of steep, 133 year old stairs. This bathroom may be difficult to access for some individuals.

Dietary requirements: Where possible, Annie will endeavour to provide gluten free/vegan items for ticket holders who purchase *dietary tickets. All regular ticket holders will be offered buttery, creamy, gluteny treats at the sweets buffet.
